Scope and Contents This series contains 46 digital photographs taken by Jeff Mammenga during the Capitol Centennial time capsule sealing ceremony on June 30th, 2010. In recognition of the State Capitol’s centennial, Gov. Mike Rounds presided over the sealing of a time capsule.
