Content Description

The collection consists of twenty-three glass lantern slides. The slides are mostly unidentified except for images of Whirl Wind. The images are mostly random with a few showing images of Native Americans and some geographic features. The images were found in the State Archives vault. No provenance, correspondence, or accession number is associated with the collection. The slide’s measure 3 ¼” x 4”. A content list is provided. The plates were scanned added to the South Dakota Digital Archives in October 2012: 2012-10-23-304 to 2012-10-23-326
