The collection consists of twenty-three postcards of Mount Rushmore (5), Sylvan Lake (4), Spearfish Canyon (4), Pig Tail Bridges (1), Needles Highway (1), Wind Cave (1) and the Corn Palace (7). The Corn Palace postcards feature a “night view” along with interior mural images. A few of the postcards list the photographer or company including the Rise Photo Studio (Rapid City, S.D.), Canedy’s Camera Shop (Sioux Falls, S.D.) and Dan Grigg Pix Company (Mitchell, S.D.).
