This collection consists of 21 color aerial slides. There are 17 slides of the construction of the Oahe Dam on the Missouri River, 1955-1957. One slide is of Gavin’s Point Dam in Yankton, 1956. Three slides are of the city of Pierre, 1955. Leo Lemmel, long-time resident of Onida, took many of the photographs while he was flying his plane. He died November 8, 1999.
