Content Description
The collection consists of burial records for the following locations: Edmunds County, Warner Township Cemetery Records, and Hillsview Cemetery in Westport (S.D.). The ninety-five page, Edmunds County records include surname given, birth date, birth place, death date, death place, and cemetery. The State Archives has in its collections information on both the Warner Township Cemetery and Hillsview Cemetery. This collection of Warner Township burials has a few additions which the other list of burials at the State Archives does not have (H2009-020). The Hillsview Cemetery records at the State Archives do not include a list of burials (H2008-036) which makes this list a valuable addition to the collection. The items will be placed in the WPA Cemetery Records boxes under the appropriate counties.
