The collection consists of taped interviews concerning the 1972 flood in Rapid City. Interviewees included Bob and Thelma Travis, Monae L. Johnson and Bill Stevens. The interviews were held on June 13, 2007. Oral history interview release forms were signed by all four participants and are in the accession file. The interviews were donated on both DVD and video tape from the Stevens Video Services (Pierre, S.D.).
