Scope and Contents

This series contains the school census reports for all counties within South Dakota for the years of 1980 and 1981. As these are the census reports sent to the Department of schools and Public Lands they do not contain restricted materials. Reports have been arranged alphabetically by district name rather than by county with the exception of Rapid City District and Sioux Falls District census reports which, due to their format required housing in the boxes best fitting their physical size.
