Scope and Contents
This series contains 24 digital photographs taken by Dan Brosz (Curator of Collections for the State Historical Society) in 2008 to document the condition of the “Woman and Deer” statue in Griffin Park in Pierre. The statue was created in 1939 by Fred Hill as a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project.
Processing Information
Photos were transferred to the Archives as JPG files. Preservation TIFF files were created during processing in accordance with the Archives’ Digital Preservation Rules.
