Scope and Contents This series consists of a 1982 report created for Gov. Janklow by the Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations. The report which consists of descriptions of the services available to those living on tribal land also details the number of clients receiving services, the amount of money expended from State General Fund and the total amount of funds used from both state and federal sources. The report was put together by Tony Merry, commissioner of the BIR at that time.
