This series consists of audit reports for state agencies, counties, municipalities, and school districts. Audit reports contain financial statements concerning receipts and expenditures; commentary on recordkeeping practices; and suggestions for improving those procedures.
This series contains records created and maintained by the Marshall County Auditor from 1885 to 1974, including tax records, school and teacher institute records, railroad records, elections, petitions, motor vehicle registers, and blueprints.

This series contains correspondence to the Superintendent of Schools in Union County. Many of the records are invitations to parties, graduation announcements and newspaper articles but the majority of the correspondences are from publishing companies advertising their newest text books or requesting payment for books purchased by the county. There are a few correspondences from the late 19th century but the bulk of the letters are from 1904-1910 time period.

Records list the names of students enrolled in the school district along with their ages, attendance, and grades for the term. Sometimes additional information is included about the school district, such as total numbers of students, class subjects, and schedules.

This series consists of bound volumes in which a record was kept of the textbooks and library books owned by the Dearborn Township schools, to whom they were loaned and in what condition, and when they were returned or, in some cases, discarded. The textbook volume contains notes from teachers about the level of useage of the volumes.
