Contains miscellaneous school records created and/or maintained by the McCook County Superintendent of Schools between 1899 and 1944. Records include correspondence, circular letters, committee reports, textbook adoption records, spelling contest words and contestant lists, county fair premium lists, petitions, election notices and certificates, and student grades and exam scores.

Contains reports and other records submitted by school districts to the Perkins County Superintendent of Schools between 1910 and 1969 and includes teacher’s term reports, clerk and treasurer’s reports, textbook inventories, Young Citizen League reports, school census reports, bonds, election certificates, school officer oaths, and poll and tally sheets.

Scope and Contents This series contains records from various schools in Tripp County. Clerk and Treasurer Reports make up a large percentage of the records in this series and are filed chronologically. In most years between 1920-1938 clerk and treasurer annual reports were filed separately but beginning in 1939 they were filed together.
