Scope and Contents This series of Nursing Home Cost Reports contains audit reports, Medicaid rate calculations, cost summaries and desk audit checks and accrual reports, ranging from 1988 to 2001. Files are arranged by nursing home. The series originally contained eight 3.5” floppy disks, two of which were unreadable at the time of processing. The data from the other disks was recovered and added to the State Archives Digital Collections for long-term preservation.
