Documents include staff reports, notes, correspondence and memoranda as was as lab reports from the State Health Department regarding chemical and bacteriological contents of the water samples. Water sources investigated include sewage and wastewater treatment centers. Records are arranged alphabetically by county and include all counties A-L. Counties L-Z were not located before transfer to the Archives.
