Administrative and Historical Records, 1887 - 2000

This series contains administrative records from 1892-1994, and a collection of stories and newspaper articles gathered by the State Training School Historical Committee. This series contains documentation generated for the recordation of the Jayne, Adams, and Howard buildings at the Human Services Center. These buildings were scheduled for razing under HB 1101 (1992 Session Laws, Chapter 193). Documentation includes 104 color slides, 21 architectural drawings (24" x 36"), 100 black and white negatives with contact prints (4" x 5"), an index to the photographs, and historical narratives about the buildings.
