Scope and Contents This series consists of teachers' attendance and classification reports for the Dearborn School District in Beadle County. These reports contain the students' daily attendance, age, grade in school, grades on coursework, a record of classroom visitors, and teachers' narrative comments to their successors. Reports filed prior to 1905 only contain the students' names and daily attendance.

Records list the names, addresses, and ages of school children living in Dearborn Township, Beadle County. Names of parents or guardians of the children are also given. Later records include the children's birth dates.
