This series contains three rolls of microfilm of Springfield City Council minutes dated from 1881 to 2000. The minutes discuss ordinances, community initiatives and problems, grant applications, and other topics and events including community development projects, taxes, as well as budgets and expenditures including salaries.

This series contains six rolls of microfilm containing attendance and grade registers, as well as permanent school student records. These records are ordered by last name of student and are dated from 1915-1970. Information pertaining to student performance, attendance, and other personal information including parents’ names and occupations are included in this series.

Scope and Contents This accession consists of seventy volumes of original appraisal records (circa 1918-1920) for lands adjacent to the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad in various counties throughout South Dakota. Records within each valuation section volume include plat maps of lands adjacent to the railroad right-of-way and the assessed valuations of those properties; geographical and topographical descriptions of the surrounding environment; appraisal questionnaires completed by local residents...
